Hi All
I have a requirement as follows:
When the user selects 'Create Request' on the incident and selects a particular catalog item on the catalog form, I want the incident caller's name in place of the 'requested for' field of the catalog item.
I attached some screenshots for better understanding.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you

Hi @Pratikshak86145

I tested OOTB, way

from inc to Req

and it get poplayted based on caller. The issue in your screenshot , is you are asking requested for specifically.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG

I want the caller value to pass in the catalog item variable' Requested for'.

Hi @Pratikshak86145

Is this catalog item used by other user on portal , if yes then I will say, by adding the logic to populate the varible with caller will impact in portal as well. So need to see , what is best way.
