I have a catalog item, when RITM is approved it is assigned to a 3rd party servicenow, my requirement is to pass the details of a variable set as a comment or work note.
I have given a condition as whenever 3rd party ticket field changes. the comment is getting posted but not passed to 3rd party, however when i try to pass it manually post the creation it is getting passed
