Password reset email not received

I have created a user on ServiceNow with admin account. The user hasn't access to set password UI action as only admin has it. While logging into the ServiceNow with user's user ID, I reset my password by clicking on forgot password. After entering user id and captcha and email is sent to the entered email address, but I didn't get any email on the same. I have made notification in Core UI tab. Is anything else I am missing?

Hello,
Is this on PDI or you client instance?
If client instance can you see in the email log if the email was triggered and is it it sent state?
Can you share a screenshot of the password email notification condition it would be easier to assist you.

In PDI, you can only check if the email was sent or not by going to the email logs as below:-
But from PDI you cannot send out a real email notification to your email account as ServiceNow has made the outbound as false.

Same is shown in my case but still mail is not received. Are there any other configurations I should make?
