Password Reset Error "General Error. Contact service desk for assistance.

Hello, so when trying to the reset password via forgot password on the login page, When checking the logs, I successfully verify the user but once I get to the last page after pwd_verify, I get the "General Error, contact service desk. When checking the logs, I see that SNOW is successfully verifying the users. But in the error log I see that theres an issue with the KMF. Can someone please tell me what I can do? These are the type of Errors I am getting:
