Hello Everyone,
I have configured a custom flow formatter on RITM page as per customer requirement.
This section will be shown specifically for a particular catalog item's RITM - which is working perfectly fine on the RITM form view.
But the issue is, when someone previews any RITM record, the flow formatter section is visible for all RITMs.
For example, in below screenshot, you can see that user is on Approval form, and when they click on 'Preview this record' icon, the preview popover is displaying the flow formatter - but ideally it should not be displayed for this RITM.
Is there any way to hide the flow formatter section in preview popover of reference fields?
Please help.

Solution to above problem:
Follow the steps:
- Open any RITM page (Form).
- Go to Configure -> Form Layout
- Create new form layout with name = Sys_popup
- Then delete the Process Flow.
That's it, go to any other task page where there is a RITM reference.
Click preview this record icon, and you will no longer see the process flow.

not possible.
you cannot apply client script or UI policy on that sys_popup view
This is the view which gets rendered when somebody clicks the i icon

Since it's a system pop-up view and we can't hide the formatter here, it's coming from the main table. Could you please clarify why it's necessary to update the formatter?
