Password reset mail cannot be sent.

Hi all,

I processed "Reset a password" UI Action but notification is not sent to user.

I checked event log and "pwd.email.trigger" is ready state.

How can I proceed this event successfully?
I confirmed "Password Reset - New Pwd Confirmation" on sysevent_email_action table is active, and user's notification preference is also true.

Hello @shun6It appears that notification is disabled for the user. To resolve this, you should enable notification for that user in the sys_user table and then trigger a password reset email. For your reference, please find the screenshot below.
