Paste formatting options popup that appears while trying to paste content in to fields is not workin

Paste formatting options popup that appears while trying to paste content in to HTML fields (Ex: Body field on email client from Incident table). This popup gives an option to 'Keep formatting' or 'Remove formatting' to the user while pasting content. Pop up is not showing for few users and for admins and for few non admins it's working

yes we tried in different browsers and InPrivate windows. Cleared cache of instance and still not able to see the formatting option while pasting.

Are you getting this in the Knowledge Management module or as a story form? Because in my account, everyone is getting the same pop-up. It’s better to log a case so the team can guide you. Also, hope you tried clearing the cache (cache.do).
