Payload Xml scripting

Hello Everyone,

While working on MID server I was stuck at ecc_queue table. I need to run a jar file of java code but I know how to script in payload Xml I search every documentation and can't find anything to fullfil my requirement.

I only want to run a simple java code can anyone help me with proper explanation?
