PDF Page Header Footer Templates

Hi everyone

When exporting form data to pdf via the additional actions UI on a form (export->pdf) the 'Default' header is always automatically used.

I have defined 3 additional pdf page header footer templates.

Is there any way to select one of these for an export to pdf rather than the system automatically using 'Default'?

Not sure if you can choose which template to use from the UI Action.   However, you can through reporting and scheduled jobs.

PDF Page Header Footer Templates

Any user who can edit reports can apply a PDF page header footer template to a report.

1. Navigate to Reports > View/Run.
2. Open a report.

   In versions prior to Fuji, if necessary, click the icon to the left of the Reports link to display the report header.

3. In Fuji, click the arrow next to Save () and select Export settings.
4. In the Header Footer Template field, select the template to apply.
5. Click Close. In versions prior to Fuji, click Save.

   This procedure saves the report with the selected template.

6. [Optional] Export the report as a PDF to view the newly applied page header and footer.

Robert - I am looking for the same capability. Any luck, short of using custom PDF generation?
