PDI Australia version, no change management menu on fresh load.

Hi,
I'm new to the PDI, so in the end had someone more experienced have a look for me.
When I created a new instance using the Australia version, I did not get any menu options appearing for change management. You could search for and modify change tickets, but the menu was unavailable.
I then created a new instance with Yokohama, and the menu was available.
I then upgraded that instance to Australia, and the menu was still available.
It only happens when I create a new PDI with the Australia version.

Hi @GlennS Recently, this issue has been encountered and reported by other users as well—ITSM modules are not available in the PDI. The short answer is that PDIs do not come with official support, so it’s better to reset the instance, request a new one, or try refreshing the instance first. You can also go to Plugins, search for Change Management, and install it, or repair the plugin if it is missing.

Hi @GlennS ,
This issue was reported earlier for PDI.
When you are facing the issue - perform following steps.
1. Open Incognito window /private browser and check the same.
2. If still issue is there ,
- Navigate to plugins list //sys_plugins.list.
- In the search bar of the Plugins list, search for: com.snc.change_management
- Check status of Change Management plugin.
- If it is already activated,
- Repair "Change Management" Plugin
Note. For PDI , there is no Support available.
