PDI auto log off

So I'm trying to use my PDI but when I hit the "Start Building" button, I log into the instance but next action I get redirected to the sign out page.

I've tried whiping off data and restarting instance, no success.
I also try to log in back with the username admin and password provided by the developer site, no success.

Any idea how can i get back use of the instance? Thanks in advance!

Hi @julianponce ,

Please try to clear browser cache once and try logging again by first signing into developer portal then once your instance is up click start building.

If this doesnt work may be restore should work or raising a case should help.

@julianponce Did you make any changes in the SPEntry page recently? It may be the reason wny you are redirected to the sign-out page. If no changes were made then probably something is not right with your instance and you should release the current one and request for a new instance.

Hi @julianponce,

Sometimes instance behaves weird and we do not have control over it. Please wait for sometimes or you may release the instance and take the new one. before this you can do two things are type cache.do and cancel_my_transaction.do
