PDI dev422148 Offline / 502 Bad Gateway after IntegrationHub Installer activation failed 3 times

Hi Developer team,

My PDI dev422148 (Australia) has been down since about 09:00 UTC on 26 Oct 2026.

- The developer portal shows status Offline (sometimes "Activating Plugin..."). Refresh does not bring it back and there is no wake option.

- Every URL on the instance, including /login.do, returns 502 Bad Gateway (snow_adc).

- It went down during a portal activation of "ServiceNow IntegrationHub Installer". View history shows that activation failed three times today ("Error activating ServiceNow IntegrationHub Installer"), and I received the "plugin was not activated" email asking me to report it here.

Could the team please bring the instance back online and, if possible, complete or roll back the IntegrationHub Installer activation? Please do not reclaim or reset it, it holds active work.

Thanks!

We have some clarification from the PDI team now. New software installations across the PDI server infrastructure have temporarily caused several instances to go offline. The affected PDIs will remain unavailable until the installations are complete. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!!!

Thanks Atul. To be clear, my IntegrationHub Installer activation failed three times and isn't running anymore, so I take it dev422148 is waiting on the PDI infrastructure work, not my plugin. Can someone from the PDI team confirm dev422148 is one of the affected instances and give a rough ETA? And once it's back, is it safe to retry the IntegrationHub Installer activation, or should I wait until the maintenance is completely done?

You can give it another try, mate, but there’s only so much we community members can do to help. Patience is key here!
