PDI Developer not able to activate plugin

HI,  I need to add a new plugin to my PDI but on the developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home page the 'activate Plugin'  option is greyed out and i can not request a new plugin. 

Anyone else seen this issue with a Utah instance

Please wait to your PDI is online and available, and then check again.

@richard21 Please wait until your instance is online, then you can either activate the necessary plugins from the developer site or click on the plugins from the menu navigator, search & install.

thanks for the responses. I was able to work in the instance but the option was not available.  But today its back

great to hear, sometimes it’s just as said wait till it comes online again - then you can continue where you left off.
