PDI instance not loading SAM and demo data

Hi Team, i recently opened a PDI and wanted to work on SAM, so I requested the SAMpro plugin with demo data

i received an error message that the plugin cannot be activated, and to report the issue.

Can anyone advise why this is the case?

Have you installed the SAM plugin via the Application Manager?

Hi @monikaE 

SAM Pro might not be available by default on a PDI, but you can install the SAM plugin as suggested by @Simon Hendery
