Hello Everyone,
My ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance is showing as hibernating, and clicking “Wake Instance” does not have any effect.
Has anyone experienced this issue or can help me resolve it?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @plnzngn
If your your Servicenow Developer PDI has been stuck in a "launching," "waking up" or not getting online state for more than 24 hours (24-48 hours), then I will advice you to release the instance and request a new one .
As you know there is no support available for PDI.

Hi @plnzngn
as you might know, there is no support available for PDIs, hence you’re limited to 2 options:
- wait until your instance is available again
- if you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
