PDI is offline, how long it will take?

My PDI is showing offline and I want to know how long it will take.
and if the customize content I added will disappear?

Hi @Shuang ,
This usually happens when servicenow is performing some maintenance on the instance. Plz check in few hours it should be up n ready for use.
Assuming u have been using the PDI regularly & it's not reclaimed by servicenow.

Seems it is dead now and there is no benefit to wait more. Better release this instance and get a new instance.

Hi @Shuang ,
The short answer is that nobody knows. As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs, hence you’re limitied to two options:
- wait, it should come online after some time.
- release the instance and request a fresh installation. (Will only recommend this iif nothing happens within a couple of days.
