Developer Site: Available
New PDI provisioning: Available
Existing PDIs: Available
Developer action:  Log in to wake your PDI as needed and back up any work you want to preserve

There was Servicenow internal error and they also announce about it :

Dont worry , I faced the same issue as well, but my instance was restored after a few days. It is an internal issue on ServiceNow's end. Please be patient—they should resolve it soon.
