Hi @RachnaY,
there's no support for PDIs are neither we can see your instance's status. So nobody can answer you directly.
However, navigate to this link:
https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance
And tell me what is the status of your PDI, is it hibernating, upgrading, offline, or what do you see there?

Hi @RachnaY
I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

Hi @RachnaY,
There is no support for PDIs.
PDIs need to stay active atleast once in 10 days. Do take backup of your work in PDI and upload update sets/commit to your Github. This way if your PDI has been reclaimed, then you can commit those works in your new PDI.
