Hi everyone,
I need some help regarding my ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI).
It has been around 10 days since I requested my PDI, but I still haven't received access. I have been waiting and checking regularly, but there has been no update or progress.
I understand there can be delays, but waiting this long is becoming really frustrating because I want to continue my ServiceNow learning and practice.
Has anyone else faced this issue recently? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process or get my PDI assigned?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi @e23cseu2010
This is expected behaviour these days.
The waiting time to get a PDI on any version has increased significantly. Over the last few days, many community members have reported delays and issues with obtaining new PDIs.
Unfortunately, no one can provide an exact timeline for when the issue will be resolved or when you will receive your PDI. Since PDIs do not come with official support, there is no formal escalation path available.
For now, patience is the key. Keep monitoring your request status, and hopefully your PDI will be provisioned soon.

Hi @e23cseu2010
Personal Developer Instance (PDI) waitlists typically last around 24 hours but can stretch to 6–7 days during high-demand periods like new platform releases.
These days same concerned have been reported by lots of community member.
Because wait times vary heavily depending on pool capacity, you are highly encouraged to wait for the PDI instance fullfillment.
- If the latest release is waitlisted, try requesting an older version (like Zurich or earlier) and upgrading it via your PDI interface
- Releasing and re-requesting an instance will drop your current place in line and may assign you to a new waitlist
- PDI allocations are capacity-based, and there is no direct support ticketing system on PDI for resolving wait times. Patience and checking daily are the best approaches.
