yesterday
Hi All,
I just came back from lunch and fond my PDI 502 Bad Gateway. I changed my admin password this morning but everything has been fine up to now.

I see there was an issue earlier this week but again, everything has been fine up to now. I'm hoping to demo some solutions soon so would really like to get this back, hopefully intact?
Kind Regards
Scott

Hi @sransomstud
Current status:
- Developer Site: Available
- New PDI provisioning: Paused
- PDI reclaim and wake actions: Paused
- Existing PDIs: Some remain offline
- User action required: None at this time
ServiceNow does not expect any data loss. Affected PDIs are currently hibernating, and the data stored on them is expected to remain available once the instances are restored.
If your PDI is offline, you will need to wait until it becomes available again before accessing your data. No action is currently required.
ServiceNow is continuing to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Hi @sransomstud
Yes, including me, several people have been facing PDI instance offline issues, with different errors this week.
My suggestion would be to take a backup of your demo solution at regular intervals. This way, you won’t risk losing any important data, and you can restore your work if your PDI ever gets reclaimed .
It’s always better to have a backup, especially when there is no support available for PDI.
