PDI Just went offline

Hi All,

I just came back from lunch and fond my PDI 502 Bad Gateway. I changed my admin password this morning but everything has been fine up to now.

I see there was an issue earlier this week but again, everything has been fine up to now. I'm hoping to demo some solutions soon so would really like to get this back, hopefully intact?

Kind Regards

Scott

You can perform dev work in a private (or even a global) scoped application, and then connect that app to GitHub.

This is the best way to keep your dev work backed up.

When you lose a PDI, you can then just reconnect your new instance to the git repos and import your dev work again.

Alternatively, just export your update sets, and reimport them later.

Hello @sransomstud ,

I have seen the same behavior. As soon as I open my PDI.

I'd recommend waiting 1–2 hours and trying again. If it's still stuck, raise an issue through the Developer Portal Support, as the instance may require intervention from the ServiceNow team.

If my response helped mark as helpful and accept the solution.
