PDI Login Issue because of MFA

I have recently enabled email MFA on my PDI and it asks me t enter the OTP as well, however, I am not receiving any email in my inbox. Because of this, I am not able to login to my PDI anymore. Please let me know if anybody else has faced this issue and how did it get resolved. Thanks in advance!

Hi

unfortunately not. In customer projects I always have a technical user which is only allowed to access via web service. And with the help of such a user, I already disabled the system property for MFA activation to be able again to log in again. Maybe you have such a technical user in your PDI?
