Service Portal Search not finding any Item

Hi everyone, Im trying to figure out whats happening on a service portal search, where when I try to search any item, it doesnt return any results, I have tried to reindex the "sc_cat_item" table but it didnt fix the issue, does anyone know what could be happening ?

Do you have any screenshots? Also, please check whether the item has the “No search” option set to false.
