After testing an SSO config the link between my PDI and my account appears to be lost.
Visiting my PDI address reports that it is hibernating and to sign in to wake it. However, when I sign in to the developer site my only option is to request a PDI instance. It appears that my PDI is still up, but somehow the link between it and my account is lost so I am unable to wake it from hibernation.
Is there any way to re-establish this and regain access to the instance?

Hi @ed475
NO there is other way, seems your PDI has been reclaimed. You cant get the same PDI. Please request for new pdi as of now.

Thanks. While I am happy to accept it is lost to my account, I would suggest that If it was reclaimed I expect the URL would not report that instance is hibernating, rather that the page cannot be found because the instance no longer exists.

Hi @ed475 ,
As you might already know, there is no support available in relation to PDIs. Hence, as @Dr Atul G- LNG already have said, when a PDI is removed from your ServiceNow account, there is no way to add it again. Only option is to request a new instance and leave the old one.
