PDI menu on developer.service-now.com missing - can't release instance

Hi

 

How do I get my instance released if the menu for all the instance stuff is completely missing? I've not no option to release instance, create instance, active plugin etc. 

 

I don't mind losing the instance if it's screwed and getting a new one but it's like I've been banned from having an instance.

 

I've tried on different browsers and devices.

 

Any thoughts?

Not accepting solution but this site is going nuts. Screenshot attached. No menu!

I can see your PDI is in offline mode, and it seems like a site issue. When you log in, you'll see the option to release the instance on the homepage.

Yes I know where the menu is to release it but the screenshot shows there's no menu at all. Should I just wait for the site issue to resolve? It was going wrong yesterday but I did manage to request release so it might resolve itself?

Hi

 

Did you manage to see my screenshot? I've reattached. I used the menu from the page you show but there is no menu and a completely blank screen. Actually I'm currently getting connection timeout now so I'm going to wait and try again tomorrow as you mentioned a site issue. Hopefully it will resolve.
