PDI menu on developer.service-now.com missing - can't release instance

Hi

 

How do I get my instance released if the menu for all the instance stuff is completely missing? I've not no option to release instance, create instance, active plugin etc. 

 

I don't mind losing the instance if it's screwed and getting a new one but it's like I've been banned from having an instance.

 

I've tried on different browsers and devices.

 

Any thoughts?

Hi

 

I just got an email saying my pdi was online and I now have the menu. I looks like it processed my release request so I can start again.
