PDI requesting client certificate from another instance

When trying to log into my PDI, it seems to be requesting a client certificate from different instances rather than the instance itself. As this is unexpected behaviour and our internal application blocks any other instance URL that is not in the allow list, this prevents me logging into my PDI. Can someone please help engage someone who looks after PDIs at ServiceNow so they can look into it and resolve?

Release the instance and request a new one.

HI,

You may have the domain service-now.com blocked by firewall or some internet security on your company network.

Have you tried to access the same pdi on your personal machine which is not using company network?
