I was off for the last two weeks. I logged into my PDI last week to avoid the expiry issue. Today, when I log into the developer portal I'm not showing as having a PDI. However when I go to the URL (https://dev68646.service-now.com/navpage.do) I'm prompted for login but the credentials don't work. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Hi @johnfeist
As per SN PDI policy, if the PDI remain inactive for 10 days, PDI will be reclaimed back and that has been done. So you may request a new PDI Now.

Hi Atul,
Thanks for the reply. My issue is that I had logged into the PDI before it was reclaimed so I don't understand why it got reclaimed.

Hi @johnfeist
I can understand the pain. The another reason, if your PDI is heavily customized and had lot of configurations, SN reclaim those PDI as well.

Hi @johnfeist ,
sounds like your PDI has been reclaimed, cleaned and pushed for another user. I would recommend you to request a fresh installation and move forward from there - doesn’t seem like there is anything else to do.
