Hi gurus,
I have an indicator against the incident table that should return quite a few records to a scorescreen however it returns nothing. I'm new to performance analytics, not sure where to start troubleshooting. Any help will be appreciated.
thanks,
Rob

Hi @drslry2 ,
I have now tried to re-create your scenario in my PDI without any issues.
First, to duplicate your requirement, I have made the indicator source and automated indicator for collection of alle records assigned to "App Engine Studio Users". As you see below there is 10 records in my PDI.
The Indicator Source is created as below, where following settings has been set:
Facts table: Incident
Conditions: App Engine Studio Users
Afterwards I created a automated indicator with below conditions:
Indicator Source: data collection on demand of App Engine Studio Users
Unit: #
Value when nil: 0
Additional conditions: None
Publish on Analytics Hub: True
Lastly, I added above automated indicator to the OOTB PA Job:
After the Job was executed, I got the following scorecard (as expected):

Did you add the indicator to a collection job and then run that job?
What does your indicator source look like?

Yes the indicator is included in the scheduled data collection job...also the indicator is defined as all records from the incident table with an assignment group of not null. There is an automated breakdown that includes mappings and indicator also. And a script that creates the bucket categories. All these screenshots should be attached. Thanks for your help with this.

Ok for testing remove all of your breakdowns and then run the collection job to see what the count is.
Also you posted what you Indicator is setup for but not the Indicator Source. It looks like its set to "Incidents" but l'm not seeing a screen shot for it.

Still missing the screenshot of the indicator source? Also, according to your scheduled job, this is run on-demand and only for one day? is this correct?
