Hi

I am facing an issue in the Analytic hub as If I select any date before 7 August 2023, it shows No Records found.

I have run the scheduled job as well as per the fixed date.

Please have with this one.

Hi @Shailja Sharma1 ,

According to the historical data collection job you have ran, where you have tried to capture data prior to the 7th of august 2023, have you then looked in the logs of the data collection? If there are some warnings like this "Snapshot within this range is older than the maximum age, based on the indicator frequency and snapshot periods":

This is caused by: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0746184

Where if you look in the sys_propeties.list and search as mentioned above, you will see:

Hi Anders,

Thanks for quick response, I have updated the properties, even tried to updated both but still showing no records.

Hi @Shailja Sharma1 ,

What have you updated the properties to? What do you mean by both?

As there are two options have been mentioned to fix the issue.

com.snc.pa.dc.keep_snapshots_for.frequency and com.snc.pa.dc.keep_scores_for.frequency but still not working as expected.

Thanks
