I have these message on a brand new instance (created today):
Your password is non-compliant with the Password Policy.
System administrator requires you to change your password
Then a "Change Password: page shows up. Enter current password and then new password. URL: https://myinstance.service-now.com/login_cpw.do
Using this page to reset the password doesn't resolve the problem. I get the same messages again.
Yes, my password is compliant and I used it to log into this developer forum.
Before, I would start the instance and be logged in so not sure what's expected here.
Thanks!

Thanks for the Tip.
I went to "Manage instance password". Then I clicked on "reset instance password" and a new password was generated.
I opened the PDI and used that to log in. It worked. Although not sure why this was required when I never had to do this before.
Thanks!!!!
