Hi everyone,
Can someone explain to me what reason my personal instance set in offline for despite waking up it? Tried a few times to wake up it but it is still in offline mode. (below a screenshot) Hence, cannot work on my instance. I do not want to delete my instance.
Kind regards,
Kanatbek

Hi @AKA ,
There is nothing which can be done. SN no longer monitors PDI issues. This used to be the case, but they stopped (and after all: it's a free instance). For a short while there was the "Give feedback" option, but that has been disabled also.
You can try to have your instance restored through the developer site. And always remember to backup anything you don’t want to lose. A PDI isn’t reliable for keeping your work safe. Use git, xml or update sets so you will always be able to restore your work.
Regards,
Ranjit

Hi @AKA
I have been using PDI since this morning with no issues, but yes, I saw a few posts on the community about PDI offline.
1. There is no support available for PDI.
2. If you can wait, more, let's wait
3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data.
From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Ranjit Nimbalka,
Thanks for your reply and suggested solution. Indeed, the backup is required for personal dev instance on SN platform. I guess you know about available "refresh instance" button that might also help to set in online mode. However, it might also not work all time.
Kind regards,
Kanatbek
