I am using admin, but when I go to My certifications -> open a task -> Review records to certify -> check/click a record -> click Review records
the panel shows up without the fields to certify.

Please check the policy where this has been configured and verify whether the field is mentioned there or not. If the field is not included in the policy, that could be the reason for the behaviour you're seeing.

Hi @francisurna
1)If the certifying user only has read access (like sn_cmdb_user) and lacks write/editor rights (sn_cmdb_editor or ITIL role) for the specific CI fields, ServiceNow blocks field-level interaction in the review panel.
Grant the user or assignment group appropriate edit roles for the target table.
2)Open the policy definition in CMDB Data Manager and verify that certification attributes are explicitly selected.
