Hi

My PDI has been offline for several days now ; am I alone ?

My pdi was down for 2 days.

Hi @normandbourget 

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

  1. Wait, it should come online after some time.
  2. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, all development work that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good

I faced a similar issue few days back and my PDI is up and running after about 1 week. Many people are experiencing the same issue recently.

Same issue here. Been waiting and refreshing for 3 days. I do not want to releases as this will lose all my plugins installed, and I have to do these all over again.
