Great day I am trying to get help from you all but I am having the hardest time reaching someone about my personal dev instance. When I upgraded it to the San Diego release all of my work is gone. None of my work is there anymore? I wanted to check if you could help me get it back. Please it is urgent! I have tried all over the place to get some help but I have yet to get anybody that will help me with this. Thank you!
The error is that I just updated my personal instance but none of my reports, record producers, nothing is there anymore? Where did all of my hard work go?

Hi, unfortunately PDI support has be intermittent recently and reviewing the PDI user guide it no longer contains details of how the SNC PDI team can be engaged (I can't even find a dedicated Instance support forum\group in the new community). One of the core issues may have been that user demand and expectations for 'free' support has greatly exceeded the resources available and so support levels have been reduced/automated where possible.
- there was a 'restore' instance option when spinning up a PDI, but not sure if it is still a valid action?
If you have not had a response from your posts then I would not waste any more time waiting and recommend that your next action is to try restore instance if available, or else restore your 'work' from your backed up records\update -sets IE xml files.

Good day, Tony! I am not the best at ServiceNow so how would I restore my work from the back end?
