Great day I am trying to get help from you all but I am having the hardest time reaching someone about my personal dev instance. When I upgraded it to the San Diego release all of my work is gone. None of my work is there anymore? I wanted to check if you could help me get it back. Please it is urgent! I have tried all over the place to get some help but I have yet to get anybody that will help me with this. Thank you!
The error is that I just updated my personal instance but none of my reports, record producers, nothing is there anymore? Where did all of my hard work go?

Hi, I have never been in a position where I needed to try restoring an instance so can't provide step by step instructions. It is mentioned in the PDI guide on page 1, but may not be applicable as your instance was not reclaimed?
If you don't have the restore option available in you instance management menu, then unfortunately I suspect there is nothing you can do without your own backups.
