Our organization does not have a menu item for Personalize Form or Personalize List.
I am an Admin and I assigned myself the Personalize role while troubleshooting. (Which did nothing)
Does anyone have an idea why we don't seem to have the ability to Personalize Forms or Lists? We're able to Configure for everyone, but not Personalize for ourselves (each user on their own)
We're using the ROME version of Service Now.
In the attached screenshots, I've shown that the menu we need is available in my Personal Development Instance (Rome) and that the same menu is missing from our organization's Rome instance.
I've also added a screenshot of the Personalize Roll on my Admin account as proof.

One thing to check is that your instance has the "Form Personalization" (com.glide.ui.personalize_form) plugin installed and the system property set to true - glide.ui.personalize_form. For Rome details - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-platform-administration/page/administer/form-administration/...
The plugin lets you specify which roles can personalize the form with the system property " glide.ui.personalize_form.role".

Thank you, Aman. Unfortunately, the article hasn't been helpful to me so far. It needs more detail. Specifically, which specific transaction log contains this info and what is the specific error generated? I've been working on this for a while and still have no pertinent information about the missing UI actions.
