Personalized list form field missing

Hi guys, I need to add change request's planned dates in the CAB meeting - Related list. We are showing change request's number and short description and other information. Cant seem to find Change request.planned start date field. 

How can I add this field.

Hi,

You cannot add fields related with Change request by personalizing list if that column is not available in List Layout fields.. First you need to add these columns to your List layout by configuring List Layout (using admin role). Once you add these column then any user can add these columns by personalizing list.

Edit list layout in Change Management - CAB workbench scope

After that expand Task/Change request by clicking fork icon

It will load all fields related with Task/CHange Request field in left bucket then you can move required fields to Right bucket.

Scroll down to see your fields:

Move selected fields to right bucket and save the changes.
