Phone Number Client Script strict to 10 digit

Hi All, 

I have created a field as phone number (type: integer) for practice purpose and I want to know the client script (Type: OnChange) with the strict of 10 digit number with error/info message as "Enter the correct digit number"? Please help me out with this.
