Hello Team, We have encountered some strange issue with the Pipeline Changes,
Some of the Pipeline changes that are closed but still showing Active = True. What will be the issue? Thanks in advance

Please review the following configuration:

  1. OOB Business Rule – "mark_closed" on the change_request table
    • If there have been any customizations to this Business Rule, it may result in the Active field not being set to false as expected.

Review the flow configured for the "Pipeline" RFC type

  • Verify whether any actions/step has been altered, which might be impacting the expected outcome.
