Pivot table visualization type is not including in emails

Hey all,
I'm facing this issue, when scheduled a dashboard containing different visualization types, including single score, bar, list, pivot table.
The issue is I can't be able to see the Pivot table widgets in email report when delivered to me as scheduled.
Did anyone face the same issue earlier, or is this expected as a platform limitation.
Any response would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Anil9866
I think you need to log a case with Now Support.
Before doing that, try one thing: check the report directly and see if you are getting the same result there.[by scheduled email] This will help determine whether the issue is with the report configuration or the schdeule

Just to clarify, I am able to see the Pivot table widget perfectly fine at the report level. The issue only occurs when the report is scheduled and delivered to users via email; at that point, they cannot see the pivot table widget.
Please note that a List-type data visualization widget is also included in this email report. I will highlight this behavior to my team and we will proceed with reaching out to Now Support
