Pivot table visualization type is not including in emails

Hey all,
I'm facing this issue, when scheduled a dashboard containing different visualization types, including single score, bar, list, pivot table.
The issue is I can't be able to see the Pivot table widgets in email report when delivered to me as scheduled.
Did anyone face the same issue earlier, or is this expected as a platform limitation.
Any response would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Anil9866
- Validate your set up as per Schedule emails of reports
- If the scheduled job runs as a user or system account without permission to access or view the underlying data, the PDF attachment will be empty or missing. Update the Run as field in the scheduled report to an active user with appropriate ACL rights
- check KB1639061 Troubleshoot report_view ACL access-denied errors on reports and dashboards
If your set up is fine , still not working, raise a case with your servicenow vendor

Hello @Tanushree Maiti , thank you for taking the time to look into this issue.
The URL you shared is for validating Core UI reports, but my report is set up in the upgraded Next Experience UI. I am currently able to see the pivot table widget in the report, and the users I've shared it with can view the visualization as well, as I've already configured the necessary ACL exceptions.
May I know based on your experience, have you ever encountered scheduled reports that include pivot table visualizations?
