Planned Duration Field

Hello developers,

I was working on Release Module where I come to know that Planned Duration field is not working for itil user or other than admin. Share Screenshot for the same

When Logged in as admin:

When logged in as itil or other users

Here you can see planned start date and end date are different but still Planned duration is showing 1.

Please help me to resolve this issue

Greetings!!

I am not sure you are using Release product for learning or some client requirement, but with my experience, Release management is not a well validated product by SN, there are many points in OOTB Release management which is not working or not build in good manner. Also in D.C. release SN launched DPR Digital product Release which is a replacement of Release V2. So better if you want to learn go for DPR.
