Planned Start date' should be after 3 days of creation in Standard change

Hi Community,
If an end user submits a Standard Change request, the Planned Start Date and Planned End Date should automatically be set to 3 working days from the submission date. How can this be configured in the Standard Change process?

Technically, planned start date should be creation date + 3 days and planned end date should be planned start date + 3 days, whether to include weekends is upto you, I have found one helpful link.

you can refer this article on calculating and getting 3 business days. ensure you use the correct schedule

Add Business Days 

You can use before insert business rule and do the calculation.
