Platform Analytics: Dependent Service & Service Offering Filters

We need to implement a dependent filter behavior on a Platform Analytics dashboard similar to the out-of-the-box Incident form functionality. When a specific Service is selected in the dashboard filter, the Service Offering filter should dynamically update to display only the service offerings that are related to the selected service.

This dependency should ensure that users can only select valid service offerings associated with the chosen service, improving accuracy and usability of the dashboard filters.

You’re right — the parent field is not fully selectable. What I was thinking is that maybe one of the fields in the Task table could be used that way to get the filter. If not, then I don’t think there’s a way. I’d suggest logging a support case and see what the team says.

Have you looked into the cascading filter possibility for interactive filters?
