Hi everyone!
I have a problem with a variable label type that is mandatory and should not be.
This behaviour affects only catalog service item on platform and not in service catalog portal (here is right).
This variable belongs to a variable set and there are not catalog ui policies there. I check catalog ui policies in any catalog item that uses this variable set but all is right.
I found that the variable is set as mandatory directly from the form but my problem here is mandatory check is not available to modify.
mandatory=true from the form
Mandatory not available on the form...
I check the form layout and mandatory was added...
Has anyone else had this problem? any solution? Remember that it's only happens on platform not in portal

Hi @Leonel Sandroni ,
You can make mandatory false for this varaible from the list view as well. Just open that variable set and in the list of variables find your variable & modify list layout to pull mandatory field. Once it is pulled then make it mandatory false.
Below are the screenshots:
If my answer helps then please mark it helpful & accept this solution.
Thanks,
Utpal
