Playbook Action Automation type

Hey all

 

Just starting out with Playbooks and trying to get my head around playbooks. Have two issues that I'm trying to understand, appologies if this has been covered.

1. I'm unable to find an answer for is how the Automation Type is set. From what i have read from the product information is that this is set via the Action, however this is set to manual.

 

Testing in my newly refreshed PDI and updated apps when I create a Action ie User Form action it automatically sets the action to Manual Activity

After installing the Process Automation Designer Demo playbook and looking at the Playbook for Incident Response Demo this sets the Automation to User Form Activity and not manual activity

The second issue I have is which maybe related to the above is when activities are triggered that I've found that only the Initial task has the Comlete UI Action and the folowing only show Skip or none

When creating a new playbook for Incidnet Management for example all actions are set to manual Activity

This is likely something I  haven't configured or Im doing wrong so help would be appreciated.
