Playbook Question

Good morning developers,

 

I'm building out a playbook in my developer instance in the Global application on the Case table.

 

The only triggers I have are:

 

Record Created and the short description contains Credential Request and Active is true.

 

When I create a new case, the playbook option shows up but I'm thrown this message: Configuration Error Parent Record is not provided.

Does anyone know why this happens or how to resolve the issue?

I think I just figured it out what I needed. I did everything but configure the workspace.
