Workspace Form Fields Issue

Hi
in workspace I opened incident table records and I opened one record but on the record form all fields are not coming ,and I went to personalise form in that, there also only some fields are visible to select, but all table fields are not there in that available fields section., why it was happening and how can I select my required fields in that workspace form ?(and also I need to mention one thing , in general form in table there is one view called as WORKSPACE in that view I added some fields then those are coming in normal table level form view but not coming in workspace when I opened that record in workspace) what's the solution for this ?

Hi @SLeelaRaR ,
If your are trying it in Service Operations Workspace,there is a view called Service Operations Workspace try to modify the fields in that view and observe the changes in the Workspace, because OOB the incident record is opened that view in Service Operations Workspace.

Hi @Dinesh Chilaka what you said was ok , that's working but i am opening incident in CSM/FSM workspace then it was not coming , to this in general form views there is no any particular CSM/FSM WORKSPACE VIEW so i am trying with just WORKSPACE view then it was not working .. this was my problem.
