i already deactivated all the acl's related that table and checked but still no luck

@mani55  , When you Deactivate ACL's how does it give Read ACL to that Table?

you should Active Read ACL so that users can see the Values in the Drop if they have Proper permission from ACL

i already deleted 38000 records data for testing still no luck  and i deactivated all the acl related that table after that also not working please find below xml pls try and let me know the issue

@mani55  , This happens when you have Large Records in the Reference Table 

Check the Reference Qualifier if it is fetching Non Active Records Just Exclude them in the Condition so it can Increase the Performance on the Ref Variable

in refrence table we have 40000 records so that purpose we have these issue you are saying
